Ensure QUSRTOOL library is on the system. If not, mount the release
distribution media. Use the GO LICPGM option to restore the QUSRTOOL
library, by selecting the option "Install Licensed Programs" followed
by the option to install the "Example Tools Library". These steps will
copy QUSRTOOL library onto the AS/400 system.
(1) If the TAATOOL library does not exist, create it as:
CRTLIB LIB(TAATOOL) TEXT('Library used for TAATOOLS')
(2) Create the the CL program TAATOLAC in the TAATOOL library:
CRTCLPGM PGM(TAATOOL/TAATOLAC) SRCFILE(QUSRTOOL/QATTCL)
(3) Call the CL program TAATOLAC. This is a long running program.
There are several programs which are created. You should consider
submitting it to batch. This is the program which creates the
CRTAATOOL command, needed to create the other tools.

(4) Add this new library to your available library list
ADDLIBLE TAATOOL
to see tools information:

NOTE: QUSRTOOL is an example tools library and the tools are not
formally supported. Any questions can be reported via a note
